Return and Refunds

At SayLess Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (if applicable).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank or credit card company.
  • It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [support@saylessbrand.com].


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
